Note from the hotel : Hyatt Regency Kinabalu will begin the first of a four-phase renovation in May 2009. 80 Phase one is scheduled for completion in November 2009. Phase two completed 1st quarter of 2010. The remaining rooms and swimming pool will be completed by end of 2010. During the renovation period, the resort of the hotel and all restaurants will be operating as normal. There will be minimal impact to guest comfort as the work timings will be limited to daylight hours and the sites will not be visible to hotel guests when inside the building.
