Nestled in the quiet idyllic town of Kampung Kinarut Laut (Village by the Sea), our beach resort offers a peaceful retreat for families, couples and singles alike. Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is a quaint beachfront property, which provides 25-chalet type accommodation units in the district of Kinarut Laut. The property itself has been in operation for the past 15 years and has entertained a number of visitors from around the world, particularly from Australia, United Kingdom, the Netherlands as well as domestic tourists from Malaysia and Brunei.

Guests coming into Langkah Syabas Beach Resort will enjoy the peaceful natural serenity which the resort provides, a generous green outdoor lawn ideal for teambuilding sessions and a beach seaside area for numerous open air activities.

LOCATION
Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is located only 25 minutes from the City of Kota Kinabalu, which is also the State Capital of Sabah and 15 minutes from the new Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

Late check out will be subject to availability.
Late check out before 18:00 hrs, 50% of the aplicable room rate will be charged.
Late check out after 18:00 hrs, 100% of the applicable room rate will be charged.

ROOMS
Langkah Syabas now offers a total of 25 tastefully appointed chalets all with private verandah. Our 7 new rooms have absolute sea views and surround a new swimming pool. The chalets are of various sizes and configurations with an approximate average size of 37 square meters, with some individual units and others are semi detached.

All chalets come with:

The chalets are built in a circle around a central swimming pool with a tropical garden view and are approximately 100 meters from the beach.

The resort are able to cater for functions of up to 200 people including the provision of entertainment and decorations specifically tailored to suit the budget and taste of the organisers.

The outdoor area of Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is a popular choice and an ideal way to make the most of Sabah's glorious weather.

We sometimes even see an elephant or an Orang Utan in the garden.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Balcony Restaurant offers a high standard of cuisine with an emphasis on western dishes together with many favourite Asian speacialties.

It is also a well known fact among local folk that Langkah Syabas Beach Resort's Sunday Roast Buffet Lunch is among the best-kept secrets in the district. Traditional Roasts such as Beef, Lamb and Chicken along with its accompaniments of Yorkshire pudding and Baked Potatoes are on full display for the guests to enjoy on a cheerful Sunday relaxing afternoon.

The fully stocked Captain's Bar in the Balcony Restaurant is the perfect place to sit and absorb the brilliance of the sun setting over the South China Sea.

Langkah Syabas Beach Resort boasts one of the best wine cellars in Sabah. We import a wide range of wines and champagnes from all over the world to compliment our menus.
